IDENTIK PKH KEMENTAN 1.8.5

IDENTIK PKH is an application provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, designed to record livestock after vaccination against Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD). This application supports the data collection process related to FMD vaccinations. Within the IDENTIK PKH application, users can access a variety of information pertaining to livestock, owners, business units, and barns.

The application features several key functionalities:

1. Business Unit Information
   This feature provides details on livestock ownership within a business context, including incorporation documents, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and the identity of the Person in Charge (PIC), such as their National Identity Number (NIK), name, gender, date of birth, phone number, and address.
2. Owner Information
   This feature supplies information about individual livestock owners, detailing their NIK, ISIKHNAS ID, name, gender, age, phone number, and complete address.
3. Barn Information
   This section offers data regarding barns, including barn name, capacity, status, address, and owner identity details (name, NIK, phone number, gender, date of birth, full address).
4. Livestock Data Information
   This feature presents comprehensive information on livestock profiles, growth metrics, medical records, insemination data, milk production statistics, and ownership details.
